Create Your Mural

Mother Earth Murals are impactful visual declarations that highlight the climate emergency, address local environmental challenges, and advocate for stronger climate policies.

Follow these steps to bring a meaningful mural to life in your community:

Step 1. Choose a High-Impact Location

Find a large, highly visible wall—ideally in a location that has significant foot and vehicle traffic. The bigger the wall, the greater the impact!

Step 2. Collaborate with Local Artists

Engage local artists who are passionate about environmental issues and willing to bring your vision to life.

Step 3. Develop a Compelling Design

Create a design that clearly illustrates your community’s environmental concerns. Use powerful imagery and large, readable text to ensure your message is seen from a distance. While we encourage creativity, consider incorporating the Mother Earth sculpture—the Symbol of Sustainability—and our logo to align your mural with the global Mother Earth Project.

Step 4. Include Essential Information

At the bottom of your mural, add the name of your community (city, state, country), the artist(s), and the year the mural was completed.

Step 5. Start Painting!

Once the design is finalized, begin painting. If you need financial assistance for materials, contact us at themotherearthproject@gmail.com — we’re here to help!

Step 6. Share Your Mural

Send us high-quality photos and videos of the completed mural so we can feature your work on our Mother Earth Project social media platforms and inspire others.

Step 7. Celebrate Your Achievement

Host a large celebration when the mural is finished! Invite local politicians, media, and community members to the event. This not only honors your efforts but amplifies the mural’s impact both locally and globally.
