It was painted by many environmental groups and marchers during the Climate March on Sep 8, 2018, ahead of the Global Climate Action Summit. It is a series of 30' diameter works of art "parachutes" connected by a native American design, covering the streets surrounding Civic Center Plaza in front of City Hall.
